Buyer hereby agrees to the following:

The Tet Corporation shall only ship products ordered from this website (www.unfoundcandle.com) to valid addresses within the 50 united States of America.

In the event that someone orders a product to be shipped to an area outside the USA, the order shall be canceled, and any payment received shall be returned to the buyer. 

Buyer agrees that The Tet Corporation's liability for defective or damaged product, that may have been damaged in shipping or handling, shall be limited to the retail price of the product and original shipping in this order.

The Tet Corporation shall not be liable for the buyer's or eventual end user's unlawful or unethical use of any product or service provided henceforth.
